Lamb Skewers – 300 g (10 count)

Ingredients

Lamb • Water • Seasoning (spices, onion powder, canola oil) • Soy sauce (water, soy, alcohol) • Seasoned oil (canola oil, paprika extract, onion extract, spice extract) • Salt • Spice • Corn starch • Seasoning (tapioca dextrin, grill flavour, potato maltodextrin, smoke flavour) • Flavour

Cooking Instructions

Cook from Frozen

Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Grill (Recommended).
  1. Preheat barbeque/grill to medium high heat.
  2. Apply cooking oil/spray to the cooking surface.
  3. Remove skewers from package and cook on the grill for 8 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Serve immediately.

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Lightly apply cooking oil to a foil-lined baking sheet or tray.
  3. Remove skewers from package and transfer to the baking sheet.
  4. Cook skewers in oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Flip skewers and cook for 15 more minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.

Pan Fry

  1. Place fry pan on medium high heat.
  2. Lightly oil hot pan.
  3. Remove skewers from package, and cook in hot pan for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Serve immediately.
