Ingredients
Lamb • Water • Seasoning (spices, onion powder, canola oil) • Soy sauce (water, soy, alcohol) • Seasoned oil (canola oil, paprika extract, onion extract, spice extract) • Salt • Spice • Corn starch • Seasoning (tapioca dextrin, grill flavour, potato maltodextrin, smoke flavour) • Flavour
Cooking Instructions
Cook from Frozen
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Grill (Recommended).
- Preheat barbeque/grill to medium high heat.
- Apply cooking oil/spray to the cooking surface.
- Remove skewers from package and cook on the grill for 8 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve immediately.
Oven
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Lightly apply cooking oil to a foil-lined baking sheet or tray.
- Remove skewers from package and transfer to the baking sheet.
- Cook skewers in oven for 10 minutes.
- Flip skewers and cook for 15 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Pan Fry
- Place fry pan on medium high heat.
- Lightly oil hot pan.
- Remove skewers from package, and cook in hot pan for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve immediately.
